Second judge halts Trump’s latest attempt at travel ban ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ……

Judge Theodore Chuang and Judge Derrick Watson

ㅤ”The Justice Department said it would appeal both the Hawaii and Maryland decisions. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday morning, stood by the policy in opening remarks. ‘The president’s executive order is an important step in ensuring that we know who is coming into our country,’ he said. ‘The order is lawful, necessary and we are proud to defend it. … We are confident that we will ultimately prevail.'”

ㅤJudge Chuang was appointed by Obama, of course.

    1. Lower court judges don’t follow the law. They often decide on what they believe to be right thing. Both GOP and Dem appointed judges are guilty of it. But in this case it’s certain the judges will be overruled. They are just wasting taxpayers money.

  1. You are correct both parties are guilty but NEVER has this been to this degree before President Trump won the Presidency. The Liberals still can’t fathom why they lost and never will. Congress and other agencies will oppose anything President Trump does just because HE did it!
